      Avantages

      Honestly, there are so many positive things that it's hard to know where to start: - Amazing people, first of all, working in a great team with very supportive peers and a supportive manager - Flexible working hours, with the possibility to adapt when needed; everyone is very understanding - Competitive remuneration, even after all tax deductions - A job that actually matters and helps people - The company also organizes fun activities, this year it's a whole padel tournament across different countries. I mean, who goes this extra hard? - The opportunity to grow, learn, and advance in your career

      Inconvénients

      Maybe the only thing I can think of is the lack of medical insurance for people on service agreements, but even that might be a stretch, since it’s difficult to organize something like that when everyone works remotely and lives in different countries.
