      It looked amazing from outside

      Avantages

      Amazing team, the people working there are really great colleague. Some senior colleague are sharp and you can learn so much with them. Projects are really interesting, even if we don't really do what we say.

      Inconvénients

      The owners have some toxic way to manage: unclear target, micro-managing, fire-fighting mode constantly on, no long term view and a lot of storytelling and to few candide conversation. And the pay is really low... "frugality" is the moto of the new CEO!

      Avantages

      The team members are really excellent, even if they are quite young. There is a high level of freedom in the schedule. The remote-work policies are very good. The clients and projects are truly outstanding.

      Inconvénients

      Top management (new CEO) provides a rather twisted form of support, with weak communication, heavy micromanagement, and very limited accountability. The wages are quite low.
