      Avantages

      - Une des meilleures startups européennes, et probablement la meilleure fintech - Croissance hallucinante - Terrain de jeu gigantesque (au minimum l'Europe) - Produits simples à vendre, peu de compétition directe - De gros moyens mis à disposition (logiciels, matériel, événements...) - Founders de très haut niveau - Le head of sales est trop sympa

      Inconvénients

      - Charge de travail conséquente - English is mandatory

      Avantages

      Genuinely innovative product that's easy to believe in, which makes the commercial side much easier. Strong institutional backing and partners lend real credibility in the market. Fast growth means a lot of ownership and the chance to build a market from scratch. Smart, driven colleagues and an ambitious, international environment.

      Inconvénients

      With rapid growth comes constant change: priorities and processes evolve quickly, so you have to be comfortable with wearing several hats. Expanding into new markets in parallel means tooling and internal processes are still catching up.
