Great opportunity to kick-off a career in the renewable energy sector
Avantages
I started working at Solar Provider Group in 2021 as a intern for 6 months. Right at the start I was asked to prepare a Marketing strategy for the German market. Both CEOs and my immediate supervisors were actively engaging me in important decisions concerning the company's general direction in the market. I had biweekly meetings to go over my defined goals and discuss any roadblocks etc with my supervisor. My work was always highly appreciated and constructive criticism was provided. The team consists of a bunch of motivated young people who want to further drive the transition to Clea solar energy. Payment was fair and work culture is very nice and friendly - you feel good to go to work. After my internship I was offered a full time position as a Marketing Specialist and was taking responsibility for customer outreach.
Inconvénients
In the beginning there were some structures missing that would have facilitated an easier start for me (I did not have access/logins to all the platforms I needed for my work). As a remote working team member I felt that communication was sometimes impaired by not having set up defined processes (that is being worked on constantly though).
