I believe very strongly in our people and our product, and I'm sorry to hear that that has not been your experience. Our business strategy has led us to incredible growth year after year, and this year has been no exception.
We are always open to feedback, and I encourage you to share yours with your direct manager or HRBP.
SW was facing a lot of difficulties to keep Sales people due to the very high target. Management was satisfied when salespeople were reaching at least 50% of their target.
