The main and recurring issue is the abusive payment delays. It is simply unacceptable to have to wait up to 3 months to get paid. This situation generates considerable stress and a feeling of powerlessness for those who depend on these incomes. Furthermore, some staff members exhibit execrable behavior. I have faced disrespectful attitudes, inappropriate remarks, and a complete lack of consideration. This toxic environment makes interactions unpleasant and unbearable. In summary, if you are looking for a reliable company that respects its commitments and collaborators, avoid Service Club. This is a disastrous experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone.
