An everything but inclusive and safe company
Avantages
The cafeteria is nice if you're lucky enough to be in Paris. Everyone else gets nothing. Sales reps are cannon fodder. Burn them out, replace them, repeat. Tech teams are solid but they're stretched way too thin. It's only a matter of time. They keep throwing perks at the wall hoping something sticks. A "billard" table doesn't fix a toxic workplace, it just makes it look worse. That said, they have a nice communication on Linkedin, I guess
Inconvénients
Managers have no idea what they're doing, no training, no accountability, no results. HR is sketchy. Everyone knows it. They exist to cover the company, not to help employees. Working remotely or from another city? You're invisible. Treated like a contractor at best, an inconvenience at worst.
