Avantages
- Free course (which costs at least 2000-3000€) - Nice crew members - Amazing discounts and a lot of places to travel during days off - 5 days of work + 3 days-off - Always return to base in the end on the duty - All around the perfect company to start. There are always people to help you, and you get to know everything about Boeing 800 and 8200 aircrafts. - Get to know new people everyday, travel to different airports everyday. If you don't like routine, it's an amazing job since everyday will be different depending on the passengers and crew that you have. - Not a demanding job phisically and mentally. - Good salary depending on the country.
Inconvénients
- Major pressure on sales - People are so brainwashed that some of them will trick you into taking your sales - People in management only look at numbers, and not at your real work with passengers - Hierarchy gap, and if you need anything, it's very hard to work your way through it. Meaning, it's all ok until you require something, then you can't really rely on them. - Usually you are called to work in a base outside your home country and there is no insurance on renewing the contract (there are too many If's on their end) so if you are looking to make a big investment, you can't ever be sick, late and you have to sell a ot of scratchcards... a lot! :)
