Growth has happened through acquisitions in different cities, resulting in a mishmash of cultures and processes at different offices. Team is not cohesive. Quality of management is very poor.
Small circle of executives play musical chairs each year, and redefine a new strategy that they then roll out in grand pomp, but without much follow through. The next year, they all changes roles and the strategy changes.
