The HR strategy to keep people silent is to be as passive-agressive as possible. This includes being silent about problems until they affect you in such a manner that it can't remain hidden anymore. An example of this is the recent mistake they did on payroll, which affected many former employees and was kept secret until people entered emergency tax (a terrible surprise for some families) This repressive experience was very painful for me and it forced me to bottle up my concerns for years. The absolute lack of sustainable professional development makes the air in this company barely breathable. If you care for your mental health in the very least, stay away from this place.
