They did allow working from home, and there was a certain degree of flexibility as per working hours.
Inconvénients
Unclear communication about expectations, employees (non-managers included) having expectations from colleagues outside of their scope or team, cold welcoming, backstabbing and an overall toxic work environment where some people have a history of targeting people and making their life difficult, with management being aware of it and doing nothing about it.
