Avantages
Horizontal hierarchy is something that they pride for as it is a way to provide ownership and responsability. There are many opportunities to grow and for development through trainings, online platforms, etc. A lot of feedback are also at the core of the working system, which is a nice way to know where you stand and how you can improve. It also allows for an healthy relationship with your colleagues. teams cohesion is important in the company culture and is sustained though regular team-buildings and small events. The office is also pleasing to work in. The benefits are competitive.
Inconvénients
The feedbacks and horizontal hierarchy can also be tricky if in these time of pandemic little genuine feedback is provided which can be difficult for someone who has no prior experience in the domaine. Horizontal hierarchy can be challenging as the company is growing quickly and therefore a certain level of supervising is starting to be needed. Some of the issues that I have stated are now being taken into consideration and therefore this comment might not be valide by the end of this year.
