Avantages
There are so many advantages working at Plum. The first one is of course to be working for a product that we truly believe in, helping people manage their money, save and invest. A mission that is becoming incredibly important due to the difficult context we are currently experiencing. Secondly, the flexibility, I am working from home and this has been a great experience so far, offering me a better balance between pro and personal life, but still feeling fully part of the team and connected to my teammates. I also want to add an important point, the quality of the work ambiance, Plum is the opposite of a toxic workplace (and I have been working in toxic environments before so I know). There is no talking-behind-the-back, management-bashing, toxic competition between coworkers, there is a great respect of each other, respect of boundaries and working as a team to achieve objectives together. It's so refreshing ! Also, the performance review process is really good, fair, and helps us improve. It is a real process, and rewards are not 'political' but based on performance. Finally, as a team, we all know our objectives, what we aim to achieve and what needs to be done. Management is caring and will help us if we need to. So to summarise, the culture is really positive and it's a culture of kindness, support, positive thinking and achievement. There is also great diversity within the teams and inclusion.
Inconvénients
After 1 year working at Plum I have not seen one inconvenient.
