short term vision, no strategy, multiple layoffs, loosing transparency, lost its R&D spirit and technical DNA with the new top management

Great and knowledgeable tech people in R&D Flexible working hours

Inconvénients

"New" top management (appointed by end of 2024) has been firing senior people just for the sake of saving money, with no real understanding of the scope of the removed roles, no strategy presented, no transparency, no follow-up. Seems there's significant shortage of money.. Actions spill over the remaining staff, who have to face increasing context switching to handle the additional burden.
