Avantages
Small company with a family ambience. People are generally friendly.
Inconvénients
A lot of nonsense for a company whose proverb is « no nonsense ». The remuneration is really bad compared to the market benchmark, and they hide behind it for being a small company as an excuse. They make a lot of promises before signing the contract, then back-pedal only a couple of months after signing, the HR make a very optimistic brutto-netto simulation, which is very different and higher than the actual pay slips. They lay off people randomly for any reason, and they lie about having no problem with an employee until they fire him. They lack a lot of transparency regarding their management. They keep saying that everything is going well market-wise, then lay people because of « poor market » and financial issues. They really don’t like (and might even fire for the reason) if you don’t like to do extra-hours work or team building. So yes, for a company that is supposed to have a no-nonsense culture, it is doing really poorly in this matter.
