Avantages
Oyster and the management care for the employees, they understand we are so ready to give back as much as they give us. As a result of this great company culture, people working at oyster are working frustration free, always willing to help and super friendly. We know enough about flexibility, no need to talk more about it, I think. I personally love the accountability, the transparency and the creativity. I just hope it will remain like this!
Inconvénients
The workload could get a bit intense, but this is the world of start ups. We are still very much encouraged to prioritise and to postpone all that can be postponed.
