Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Work environment is great, teams are a pleasure to work with, there are a lot of experienced people who are talented and have nothing left to prove to anyone, who are simply good at what they do and great to work with. Work hours are 9 to 5. No egos, no toxic culture. Opened and transparent communication from upper management, which is greatly appreciated even when it's bad news.
Inconvénients
Projects are smaller, mostly episodic. Montreal current state of business only allows for short term contracts now, so it has become more precarious than at any other places. No physical office.
