Avantages
-OSG does everything possible to take care of its staff well. We have excellent working conditions, great benefits (lunches, travel etc) and most importantly, management who listen and seem to genuinely care. -OSG also seems to manage to hire really great staff - we couldn't possibly have a nicer team and I've also met many interesting, talented people from other OSG locations.
Inconvénients
-A heavy workload, a lot is demanded of teachers without the usual corresponding hours for correction, preparation and admin. -Slightly chaotic organization in some respects. You need to be very flexible (ready for ad hoc anything!) and able to adapt to a new way of teaching and working at school that many people would initially find difficult to understand and navigate. -Evaluations that - although this is not the intention - are heavily based on teachers' popularity with students and fail to evaluate the amount or the quality of work actually being done.
