Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Most of the team are young, motivated and full of energy (when they arrive at the company). Many people genuinely want to do a good job. The atmosphere between colleagues is generally positive and supportive.
Inconvénients
The direction and administration feel disconnected from daily operations. Leadership seems unaware of what is actually happening on the ground which creates frustration. They don’t seem to care either. Many employees feel they are not truly listened to, or appreciated for the work they do. As a result, burnout is common and people frequently leave because they feel undervalued and unsupported.
