      - Great culture and leadership - Great benefits plus flexible (unlimited) vacation/pto plan - Great work / life balance - there are multiple locations (Atlanta, Victoria, and Costa Rica) so there is and option to go into an office but many employees primarily work remotely. - Good opportunities for growth

      Inconvénients

      No disadvantages really. OSS is in a period of high growth - so if you don't like a fast paced, changing, work environment, then maybe it's not for you.
