      location, pay is relatively good for consultancy, international environment

      Inconvénients

      Everything that used to be good there was destroyed by a toxic management that poisoned the good relationship between people. The team was strong and collegial, even friendly, now it is every man for himself and stabbing in the back at every corner.

      I've been working at Obelis for a few years now, and what stands out the most is the opportunity to take real ownership of your work. As a senior manager in marketing and growth, I’ve had the chance to lead projects that directly impact the company’s performance, which is both challenging and motivating. The company has a strong sense of purpose and is genuinely committed to helping clients succeed with compliance. It’s a fast-paced environment, and expectations are high, but if you’re proactive and solutions-oriented, you’ll find a lot of room to grow.

      Inconvénients

      It’s a fast-paced environment, and priorities can shift quickly, which sometimes creates pressure and the need to adapt on the fly. Internal processes are still being optimized, so there’s room for improvement when it comes to efficiency and communication between teams. That said, things are moving in the right direction.
