Classic, just like any other company ......

Inconvénients

A lack of management and too much bureaucracy relative to the size of the company. This makes internal tasks complicated and slows down business operations. Too many internal approvals and a complicated workflow. A disconnect between the marketing message and actual usage.

Avantages

- salaire compétitif, avantages divers - team building et événements (ex : innovaton) - investissement dans le développement des compétences

Inconvénients

- malgré les valeurs officielles (qui visent toutes à conditionner le fonctionnement interne de l'entreprise), la compétition domine largement sur la collaboration, favorisant parfois les stratégies de favoritisme et de blocage (par exemple : partage répété d'informations incorrectes trompeuses, transmissions de relai bâclées), ou un manque de transparence sur ce qui ne va pas (tout est incroyablement positif, le travail est exceptionnellement bon, et d'ailleurs, il n'y a pas de dette technique). - absence de vraies valeurs fédératrices ou de mission : n'avoir que la rentabilité et la compétition pour seuls horizons crée de la frustration chez certains employés. - fort stress, partiellement évitable (problèmes d'organisation, outils défaillants).
