* Low salary - You would only grab this job if you need some extra money or are really dying to live in a warm country
* No assistance for relocation = Basically the Spanish paperwork is a whole process (NIE, Bank, Appartment, Registering, Healthcare) unfortunately, with this company you will have to do it yourself.
* Scarlet BE project = the worst. This one does not depend on the company but the project for Scarlet Belgium. Horrible and this provider always has an issue, as if they are sabotaging their own customers = Angry customers who call from the first second til the last hour.
* Pressure: Your breaks are highly measured, your lunch and small breaks are really calculated from the first second. You sometimes feel suffocated due to this.
There is also a rush-rush mentality, like calls have to be done, solutions have to be found in real time.
