      Avantages

      Lots of ownership, responsibility and trust. Working there makes you learn a lot, surrounded by very brilliant people. Lots of transparency, making everyone feel part of the larger mission.

      Inconvénients

      There could be more women engineers!

      Workload is not light, and there could be a bit more diversity.
