Avantages

The greatest minds are working together, but the smartest leave as soon as they see what chaos it is. The others stay for the paycheck.

Inconvénients

Execution is highly corrupted. We spend money here and there for nothing, and now that all budgets were cut, we sit around to do nothing while waiting for approvals higher up.
