- Human Resources is full of incapable people with no skills in HR. They are mean, they lie to people, they are okay with salary discrimination and they do no care if you are complaining. The only way to have something with them is to sue them - It feels sometimes that the management does not know what they do and are only focus on numbers when we are working in a bank and a compliance sector - no real advantages (no bonus, no meal vouchers, max 30 vacation days, no remote work from January 2025) - do not expect to be paid for your performance. They check the performance of nobody but add the pressure on everyone - Disputes between the work council and the company are making our life a nightmare - No career perspective

- being gaslighted by the management - worst HR departement i've ever seen in my life - salary discrepancy existing between people of the same team and same level - never ending war between the Betriebsrat and the company, where the employees are taken hostage - no bonus based performance - no real avantages - end of remote as of 1st of January 2025
