Avantages

- Attractive salary packages (car or mobility budget min ~800€/month, bike allowances, hospital and ambulatory health insurance, meal and eco vouchers, pension plan, representation fees, 2000€ training budget) - Mostly good or very good managers - Salary are average for junior to medior (<10 years experience) - High salary for seniors (10+ years experience) - Flexible work environment - Very friendly environment - A lot to learn (soft and hard skills) - Good WLB

Inconvénients

- Salary for newcomers are higher than for existing workers for similar work experience - DEI is promoted but in the end mostly WASP, especially for higher management (e.g., 1 woman only in the board) - No worker's union to defend workers, discouraged by the board - Important redundancy (7+) in the last 2 quarters of 2024 (junior to senior), or people made to leave (mid or upper management) - Micro-management in 1 team due to inexperienced manager - Opportunities are not for everyone - Incoherent strategy from upper management, changes every few months - Upper management scared to take risks - Training budget is not usable in practice (training budget policy very difficult to abide)

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad you appreciated the compensation package and learning opportunities during your time at N-SIDE. We take your concerns seriously and always encourage open conversations with managers or HR partners. As for gender balance, it's a key focus: while there are currently no women on the board, our Steering Committee is evenly split between women and men. Regarding training, we do have a budget aligned with Belgian labor law, and while certain criteria must be met, we actively invite employees to discuss their development needs. As a fast-growing company operating in dynamic markets, strategic shifts are sometimes necessary but they are part of a clear long-term direction we’re committed to.
