I understand the three-month probationary period, but I was let go in a manner that felt insincere, with unclear explanations. I completed most of the assigned tasks, but there was minimal communication within the development team. I was often assigned tasks alongside a senior developer who provided little to no guidance or support.The expectations for junior developers were exceptionally high, and I believe that more effective communication could have significantly improved my performance. However, the team culture seemed quite individualistic, with limited willingness to offer assistance or clarify complex concepts and database structures. They will not hesitate to terminate employment if their high expectations are not met, without seeking to engage in discussions or better understand the situation beforehand.
