There are too many unqualified individuals at Mollie. The management and leadership team could use improvement. The work environment is negative, and the benefits could be better. People seem to be more concerned about their own interests rather than working together as a team, resulting in a lack of unity. The Chief Product Officer seems out of touch and creates controversy, which makes it difficult to hold him accountable while clearly demonstrating the ability to not be in that position. This person caused a lot of damage to the company when he was interim lead of the HR organisation. It makes him untouchable having close ties with the CEO. The former CFO, who is now a contractor, also has a history of behaving inappropriately with no consequences. More than a few HR reports being pushed under the rug and no action has been taken to correct his behaviour, One of the highlights, during a company event, the ex-CFO prevented employees from leaving during a fire alarm, while mimicking the evacuation alarm which is unacceptable.
