Inconvénients
My experience at this company has been extremely difficult. Employees, including myself, often felt undervalued and unsupported. Compensation was delayed or inconsistent, and many of the commitments made to staff were not fulfilled. The work environment was highly stressful and, at times, felt toxic due to poor communication and ineffective management practices. Unfortunately, I did not observe a strong level of professionalism in various departments, which made daily operations even more challenging.
