      Avantages

      Merkle has a good reputation in the US/UK markets Salaries in the upper middle range. Interesting colleagues to learn from.

      Inconvénients

      The top management has disappeared, the company seems to be in freewheel. The sales managers have all left the company, leaving the customers in the hands of project managers or team members who are already overloaded. Lack of vision from the CEO and zero budget for innovation. Employees are rewarded because they stay, not because they perform.
