      Avantages

      The recruitment process was well structured and the HR team communicated clearly at each step. Interviewers were respectful and asked relevant questions. Timelines were mostly respected and expectations about the role were explained transparently.

      More detailed feedback would help candidates improve.

      Avantages

      Team on site was nice and we shared a good mood. Offices were nice and location good-enough

      Inconvénients

      Low salary, will not try to keep you if you ask too much, will ask you a lot of work. Business managers are happy if they can increase the price at the customer but without increasing the consultant salary (for Amaris at least) May make you work from lower-paying country for higher-paying country while having you pretending to work from there (example, working as HR for Switzerland while working from Romania, Spain, Portugal,... Or from South-America for North-America)
