      Flexible and positive culture. Businness is always evolving according to needs and this allows for personal and organizational growth. Most people (including executive level) are pleasant, approachable and responsive. Hybrid policy is 50% of your work time. Work-life balance depends on your specific team culture and your own willingness to set boundaries.

      Inconvénients

      In the rare instances when bad hires come along, they can stay in their positions for a long time. Promotion to management level based on job skills or seniority, not leadership skills or leadership potential.
