Avantages
You get 30% off whatever you buy at Lee Valley, good group insurance and good startup salary, equal to everybody else so when you start, you don't feel left out about people having been there longer than you: we all make the same salary.
Inconvénients
Used to be a good company but for the past 4 years has been goind down, they don't care about employees anymore, they just push and push their actual employees and, with regards to "promoting from within" forget it, they will always hire from outside. Also, this is the only company that I know of that does not recognise experience i.e. everybody gets the same yearly raise wether you just started or have been there for 10 years.

Manque de flex8ibilité..Patrin directif et non oarticipatif....Peu d'encouragement ety manque de respect en fonction des tâches a accomplir sans être rénumérer a cet effet.
