Inconvénients
The Paris office of KL had nothing to do with a genuine US firm: partners were low skilled French lawyers and far from KL US standards. It is not surprising that the Paris office was excluded from the KL-HSF merger. Why haven’t former KL lawyers joined in Morgan Lewis Paris office yet? Too bad to be fully integrated? Anagnoustou and Dubois were very poor managing partners.
