Avantages
Remote work is a plus, and working with some good clients is a great experience.
Inconvénients
The compensation is quite below the market. The lack of internal organization is incredibly frustrating. Onboarding was terrible; you are literally thrown into the deep end without proper training or direction. Communication between management and teams is poor, and a chaotic environment makes it impossible to work efficiently.
