Inconvénients
- BDMs are pure salespeople who are only interested in their prime: they have never been consultants, so they do not know anything about the missions they try to place you on - BDMs are very young and many are immature (one of them arrived 25 minutes late for my interview, without having even read or printed my CV) - Pure body-shopping experience: you are placed on a mission, they touch their commission, and then you have no news of them anymore. - There are a lot of uninteresting missions: as the BDMs not clearly understand the missions, they place you anywhere without respecting your motivation and your background. - Nontransparent and shady direction committee: they never communicate, you don't even know the strategy of the company. - As they do not pay attention to humans, they have not developed a human resources team. If you have a problem, you are left alone with your problem. - You must constantly run after them if you want to have a new mission, get a day off, or get your eco-checks. If you do not do it, they'll rip you off. - Last but not least, the only positive comments shared on this platform are published by the Management to counter the consultants who have the courage to tell the truth. A tip: go see the competitors companies, there are enough consulting firms in Belgium, France and Luxembourg
