Avantages
Remote work. And still, the new management recently made some people go back to hybrid work simply because they were closer to the physical offices, which created a situation of discrimination. Remote work was going fine—until the new management decided to drag some people back to hybrid work, just because they live closer to the office. Talk about blatant discrimination. And yet, as others have said, there are some truly brilliant people working here (many of whom are trying to leave). This company used to be a great place to work, but since early 2023, it’s been downhill.
Inconvénients
This company was a chaotic mess. They were firing key people left and right, without a second thought about how it would cripple operations—knowing full well it would take months to replace them. Nepotism? Rampant. Leadership? Non-existent. They had no vision, no goals, and no clue how to react to the market. Speak up? You’re ignored or treated like an outsider. The CEO ran the place with an iron fist, creating a toxic, suffocating environment where no one dared to challenge the status quo.
