      - Hard to dive into topics when you are a newcomer in Innovation Management. I had a hard time the first week - Sometimes lack of communication - Specifically regarding my job, there are improvement to do in order to gain maturity in Product Design. But that is, In my vision, the same thing in the majority of the company

      Avantages

      ITONICS is a company that really trusts its people. The remote culture is strong and gives me the flexibility to balance work and life, while still feeling connected to the team. As a lead product designer, I’ve had the chance to work on a lot of interesting design challenges with real impact. There’s huge potential here, both in the product and in personal growth. The company offers opportunities to spend time in different offices (Germany, Paris, even South Africa if you need to), which makes the experience even richer. Collaboration is encouraged, managers are approachable, and feedback feels constructive. I feel supported to take initiative, explore ideas, and keep building my skills.

      Inconvénients

      There’s a lot of work and sometimes it feels intense, but honestly, that’s also a good sign of the momentum and opportunities here.
