      Avantages

      Exposure to a wide area of subjects from migration to public health, policy making, stakeholder engagement.

      Inconvénients

      Short term contracts only. Project funded organization so future is very unpredictable because of lack of funding for positions. It's everyone for their own. Lack (no) support from Senior Management for staff. Very stressful atmosphere. Offices are very old and not comfortable.

      paid well. (too well by comparable local market standards) interesting work. meaningful work.

      Inconvénients

      the management 4 years = 3 different heads of area. none with vision for the area. 1 with satisfactory level of professionalism. 1 unsatisfactory. 1 very unsatisfactory. none able to see professional potential of staff beyond their specific assigned tasks. treated staff as such - a sum of their tasks. none capable of handling change or directing a change management strategy. 2 of 3 uninterested in employees' points of view to inform decision making.
