Perspective commerciale
Avantages
The physical work environment is great, with a gorgeous office and access to a large park as well as many sport activities. The salaries are superficially competitive because they are tax-free, but this also means that we are not contributing to retirement plans or have any unemployment benefits.
Inconvénients
The centre remains small compared to universities which severly constraints training, personnal development and career progression opportunities. Moreover, most research positions are project funded, provided limited flexibility in research topics. Finally, people management is often criticized.
