Management believes that employees, being 99% Italian, should show unquestioning allegiance to IBSA. There is no clear or defined strategy; objectives are set and then changed again after just a few months or even weeks. They think all countries are the same: Italy is the headquarters, and all other countries are expected to do exactly the same. Their logic is that if something works in Italy, it must work everywhere. If you are interested in this company, you would be better off rethinking your future.
