Avantages
I loved the energy, the people and the onboarding structure there, I've learnt so much in TA and client management
Inconvénients
intense hours, a lot of calls to do, micro management, but that's very normal when you start as a junior. then the commercial side of recruitment agency was not for me, personal choice.
