Avantages
I didn't find any, lot of stress all the time.
Inconvénients
Very low salary offer, they want qualified people with low salary expectations, even when I won some new projects, still no raise after asking for 3 times (and the manager promised me to give me a raise for winning projects). The company has difficulty to delegate and every decision takes too much time, which is a limit for some customers. Very disappointing company.
