No place for non-white people at Greystar (have a look at their board or management team), your opinion will never be valued if you're not white. Their is culture of avoiding any kind of responsibility at Greystar even at the highest levels (directors, managing directors) and relying on subcontractors and service providers so that employees are only transferring emails from one to another. This creates teams with limited skills and knowledge who have no ownership on any actual tasks and are unable to execute or deliver efficiently without external help. Lack of courage in the communication of the Management. Training is less than average (only e-learning available)

Senior leadership is a joke. Very political, all business, no personalization in knowing their employees or teams.
