In terms of benefits, there are almost none: no meal vouchers, no bonuses for office staff. The only “perk” is free coffee, which hardly compensates for the overall working conditions.
Inconvénients
Overall, a very disappointing experience. At the office, working conditions are far from healthy: frequent unpaid overtime, constant pressure, and management that clearly pushes employees to their limits. Some managers display inappropriate behavior, speak disrespectfully, and create a toxic work environment on a daily basis. There also seems to be a lack of awareness or consideration for local labor laws, likely due to an imported company culture that doesn’t adapt properly. The high turnover rate speaks for itself. In short, a company that may look appealing from the outside, but seriously needs to rethink how it treats its people and manages internally.
