Avantages
Very ambitious team with a lot of energy and ownership. Things move extremely fast, which means you learn a lot in a short amount of time. The company is demanding, but in a good way: people care about execution, speed, and getting things done. I also really enjoy the multicultural environment and the variety of use cases we work on. No two weeks look the same, and there’s a constant feeling of progression and momentum. If you like moving fast, solving problems, and being challenged, it’s a great place to grow.
Inconvénients
Like in most early-stage companies, priorities can change quickly and the pace can sometimes feel intense.
