The reason why you should run as fast as you can from this place is not because the CEO is a narcissist that fake crying every now and then. It's not even because is uncapable of taking any decision and stick with it. It's not because he believes he s the next Steve Jobs (outfit included) and he throws words around without even know the meaning of it. It's not because the environment is toxic and they are full of themselves. The real reason why you should avoid Genioo is because they have no plan, they are uncapable to scale, they don't even know what a budget is and they are literally falling apart. They laid off the 30% of the company and 2 months after they organize an incredibly expensive kick off events. The growth they had a couple of years ago was based purely on luck and fortunate connections. But it is gone now and everybody is just waiting for luck to turn again. If you can call this a strategy I highly suggest you to buy lottery tickets because the chance it is going to work are the same as if you have the fortunate ticket!
