Avantages
GP's clients are really interesting and nice to work with, we can learn a lot from them, possibility to move from one client project to another, really nice peers and colleagues
Inconvénients
No onboarding, induction trainings or trainings at all, no career paths that could help the employee to have a better vision of their future in the company, there are a lot of opportunities but hard to get a promotion, not even talking about a raise
