Depending on which teams one works in, could be quite challenging at times. Lack of visibility for consultants on contract renewal which creates stress. Heavy work load and little pay for consultants. One has to renegotiate yearly as a contractor to ensure they are paid what they are worth given their qualifications. Work culture which used to value long hours - but this is changing. Several of the points raised were on the table for discussions/improvement back in the days. So, things may have changed lately.

Senior leaders, specially HR and Strategy, do not fit with the vision of the new CEO (fantastic lady, knowledgeable, strategist, humble, zero ego). I am very co fident that she sees what is not efficient and aligned with Gavi’s values.
